In the last episode of Ga-lien's adventure, Ga-lien was disappointed with the human and decided to get out from the earth with his spaceship with very sad heart yet still wishing them the best. The story continue...
Ga-lien was on his way back to the planet of Mars to meet with his respectful master - The Fal-lien. The Fal-lien is the one behind the whole drama. It was the one that educate Ga-lien to be what it is right now. It is also the only one who care for Ga-lien the most. Whenever Ga-lien facing problem in his life, Fal-lien is the one he turned to for advices whereas whenever Fal-lien needs help, Ga-lien is the one he seeks for help. Because trusting each other, Ga-lien will never question about the demands made by Fal-lien because he was pretty sure that Fal-lien will always think the best for him.
Ga-lien couldn't wait to see Fal-lien after 1 year left the planet of Mars to share his experience on earth. Ga-lien had a good spaceship navigation skills (well, at least he claimed himself is), he sped up the spaceship hopefully can reach the planet as soon as possible. He kept sounding the space-horn towards those low performance spaceships who he accused driving slow and blocked his way towards the Mars!
However, something unexpected happened! Ga-lien suddenly felt that his spaceship loses its momentum to go foward no matter how hard he stepped on the throttle. 5 seconds after that, both left and right engine suddenly halted! The lights and the electronic systems inside the spaceship totally offline! He could see nothing but the dark in front of him.
Ga-lien was panic! The anti-gravity system couldn't function. His spaceship now is free fall back to the earth! Ga-lien tried to cool himself down and think what went wrong. He realized that the only reason that may cause engine halt is the lack of fuel. Perhaps it was a miscalculation by Ga-lien himself where the volume of fuel needed to fly from earth to Mars was calculated base on RON97 usage but the fuel injected into the spaceship was RON95. RON95 caused fuel combusts prematurely and produced "knocking" on engine which increased the fuel consumption.
It was human's fault! They were using the non-standard fuel which caused the miscalculation!! Otherwise Ga-lien will never count it wrongly.
Ga-lien had no other choice. His spaceship broke through the atmosphere and finally reach the earth. He was back to a place he already used to! "Maybe this is my destiny", Ga-lien thought. It was a destiny to be the savior again!
He understand it will be a very hard mission, but for Ga-lien, that doesn't matter. What matter now was he got the sign from the ancestor to accomplish this mission. He don't mind to be hurt again as long as he could help the evil human.
He stepped out from the spaceship, in his hands was a piece of cheese that had changed the way he looked at the life entirely!
Now, Ga-lien's mission back to the planet of Mars was officially invalided! The time for his landing on Mars Aerospace Center already overdue! He couldn't go back now even with his spaceship fully pumped with RON97. He just have to wait until the next valid date which will be scheduled in the future.
For the time being, Ga-lien will just have to stay on earth and continue his human-saving legend! This is the last chance he gave to human. If they still don't want to change, Ga-lien promised that he will leave the earth for good!
Ga-lien is back!!!

Some Stories On Latest WLM Installation...
When I was about to sign in to my Windows Live Messenger (WLM) last night, the application prompted me if I would like to upgrade it to the latest version. Only 2 choices given, either "Yes" or "No".
Initially I chose "No" as I thought the current version is sufficient enough. Furthermore newer version usually means bigger file, more complicated but rarely used function added which might use up more computer resources. However, choosing this option disallowed me to continue sign in to the messenger.
I got no choice, but to choose "Yes" on the 3rd attempt. This option triggered auto download the latest version of the messenger. It took about 15 minutes to download, then upon completion, the installer auto executed. At this point, the real problem popped up!
A dialog box prompted to notify me the Windows Installer in my computer was outdated. The alert message looked familiar and it reminded me I actually faced the same problem before on the same pc. That time I was trying to install another Microsoft related application called Windows Live Writer, a word-processing-like desktop application which provides a platform to ease desktop blogging before publish it to the chosen blog on the net.
In my memory, I did patch the Windows Installer but it returned zero effect. I gave up the installation that time as it was not that important after all. However, same problem emerged again but this time it involved my daily use application - the Windows Live Messenger!
I knew I couldn't just let it be. Did so will mean I could never use the chatting tool anymore. I planned to seek advices the next day from few colleagues of mine who are experts dealing with various kind of software problems. So for the time being, I just made use of Meebo to access my messenger account on the net.
I had no choice but to temporarily put the problem aside while looking forward for experts' view. Coincidentally, I got a new game to be installed on my pc. In the installation progress, I noticed that the game somehow download and install something called ".Net framework 3.1 SP1" into my harddrive. That reminded me on something, "maybe my Windows Installer problem which I couldn't solve have something to do with the .Net Framework version on my pc which I never upgrade it before?", I was thinking that time.

After the game's installation completed, I couldn't wait but immediately tried to download and install the latest messenger while putting my finger cross! Bingo!!! I was so excited when seeing the installation dialog box popped up in front of my eyes! I knew now I could proceed to the installation! I even could install Windows Live Writer which I failed to do on my previous attempt! This also meant my unresolved "Windows Installer" problem was finally resolved! I felt great!!

So next time, if you face the similar problem as mine which is "Windows Installer not up-to-date" popup when you wish to install any Windows related program, you may consider and try out this solution - upgrade .Net Framework version in your pc as some of the latest application now may need the latest .Net framework for proper execution.

A Story From Mars...
It has been quite some times I did not tell you a story. Here is one which I suddenly think of today. Hope you like it. Here we goes! ......
Once upon a time, in a corner of the earth, an alien named Ga-lien from the planet of Mars was quietly landed. The purpose of the intrusion was unknown, but it was believed that Ga-lien came all the way just to save humanity from being destroyed by human themselves.
At that time, human were at the dark age! Morality among human almost collapse and wars can be seen everywhere. The leaders on Mars realized about the fact that each planet in this universe are inter-dependent. If the earth destroyed, Mars might be in trouble as well.
Thus, they sent their mighty species who has broad knowledge about humanity to the earth with the hope that he can become the savior of Homo sapiens by changing their thought, thus saving the earth from being destroyed by its own species.
With full responsibility and dedication, Ga-lien started his vital mission just after he touched down on earth. He tried all his best to change human's mind and educate them the importance of peacefulness.
Time flies! One year had passed. Over the past year, Ga-lien kept reminding himself about his great mission to the earth. Despite receiving a lot of sneering and cursing from the evil human, Ga-lien never gave up and treated all these with patient! He knew he is the only one who can save the universe! For the sake of continuity of the universe, he is ready to sacrifice himself!
However, the harder Ga-lien tried to be the savior, the worse the human became! Wars already out of control. Demonstration were everywhere throughout the entire globe to protest the existence of an alien on earth. Voices of requesting Ga-lien to return to its own planet can be heard everywhere!
Ga-lien suddenly felt so upset for the human. No matter how hard he tried, human never wanted to change. His heart dropped to the deepest. He was exhausted after one year's trying. He started to lose his passion and direction to save these people.
Ga-lien's heart was bleeding just like it had been stabbed with a sharp knife! He got no choice but to admit his own failure in changing human's mind. He felt disappointed and helpless. Suddenly the idea of leaving the evil planet struck his mind!
He was not sure if it is the right choice, but everytime he tried to help, human would just hurt him deeper. He was exhausted, totally exhausted! Not only physically, but mentally as well. He contacted his leader, Liu-lien on Mars with his Gokia G-4k, the standard telecommunication device used in Mars, reporting about his failure and requesting for the quit. After discussion, the leaders had no choice but to accept his decision.
With the help of the largest television network on earth GNN reporting about the news, within an hour's time, the entire planet aware about the news already. Celebration parties started to be seen and it spread to every corner of the world.
Ga-lien's heart broke into pieces. The Homo sapiens misunderstood his good deed and treated him as a threat! He knew only by leaving them will make them feel happy.
The leaving day finally came! With very heavy heart, Ga-lien stepped slowly towards its spaceship "The Voyager No.1"! He felt sad but human just cheers for his leaving and none of them ask him to stay to continue his good deed. He now realized human were too evil and he couldn't save them anymore.
Although he did feel hard to leave, but without much hesitation, Ga-lien started the engine and speed all the way out from the evil planet of earth! Although he had left the planet for good, yet inside his heart, he forgave the human for their sins and evilness. He sincerely wish them the best, and hopefully one day, they will awake and realize their mistakes thus make the earth a peaceful planet and better place to stay! Only by then, the universe will be long lasting.
"I will be back!", Ga-lien told the evil human just before he left! Although no one really know what was that mean, but they knew that if one day the earth still need a savior, Ga-lien for sure will be back to serve them without further questioning!! He will be back if you need him!

A True Original Supporter
Suddenly thought of telling a story...

Once upon a time.. in one corner of the earth, it lived a guy named Myso. Myso is a guy who claimed himself as an original products supporter. From time to time he urged people around him to buy original products. However, they not really agree with him as most of them can't afford to buy original with poor income. So, they complaint to Myso, "We can't afford to owned original software! You see, we used MS Office, Photoshop, Flash and so on but the licenses cost few thousands! Where to find money for that?"
With very steady voice and tone, Myso shared with them how he can afford original software. He shouted, "One day collect one dollar la! Don't tell me you can't do that? I am doing it, so can you!"
"Oh ya, what a brilliant idea! Why we never thought of that! No wonder he is the top person here!", thought in the mind of people who were listening to Myso's great philosophy. Most people were very impressed and nearly cried with his desire of supporting original including 2 pretty girls who by coincident happened to pass by the place and shared this great moment. Nobody knew if the girls' heart were moved by Myso's great idea or not, but it's hard to deny such a great person in the world I guess!
Anyway, forget about the pretty girls.. they were just passing by...
The great feeling only last for few seconds, maybe less than 10. Then when everybody was cooling down, their brain became more functional and started to think:
"Is it possible? One day one dollar? Yes! sounds very logic, but how long I should collect the money before I can afford one original software? Let say Photoshop which cost more than a thousand in local currency. One dollar x 365 days = 365 dollars a year and I need to collect at least 3 years to get one. When I get one, then I need another 3 years for the next software and this continued.. at the time I got my 4th software, it's more than 10 years time! At that time, the money value may depreciate, a software that costs a thousand 10 years back may cost 2 thousands now!"
People started to doubt about Myso's philosophy. They wondered since he's a true original software supporter (as he claimed), what is he using inside his computer now since he is as well collecting money to buy original software? As far as they understood Myso, he is someone who can never live without computer.
Thus, Mr L broke the silence and voiced out. He asked Myso, "Did you install Photoshop in your pc?" Myso replied "Of course!". "Then is it original?", asked Mr L with full curiosity. "I am thinking of change it to original also!", this is how Myso replied Mr L.
All people were stunned when listened to Myso's answer! With doubtful look, another guy Mr T quickly asked him, "Then is your Windows original?". Myso answered "I did bought an original XP before. It came with my notebook". Mr T was thinking "WTF??" and further asked him "But how about your current pc? No need to use original?". Myso scolded him "You crazy ar?!! Buy one windows already enough la! What for I buy the second one?".
Gosh, all the people there nearly fainted! Now they realized what Myso's philosophy on supporting original is all about! It is support BY MOUTH and not BY ACTION!
The people later discovered that Myso is an anime fanatic where he used to download all kinds of anime from the web using P2P technology. Don't blame him, he is just practicing his own philosophy - support original BY MOUTH!
Moral of the story: Don't be a NATO (No Action Talk Only)!

Quantum of Solace Premiere Day
Today is the premiere showing of the latest James Bond 007 series - Quantum of Solace. My company's recreational club was organizing movie day for this box office movie where the club members could get the ticket at RM2 (limit to 1 ticket per member) per ticket and RM7 per ticket for consecutive tickets.

I bought 2 tickets and went to watch the movie with my buddy just now. We were full of excitement as we seldom have chance to watch a movie on its premiere day. When we arrived at the cinema - Kings Trioplex, as expected, the crowds were not that encouraging. Most people will choose to watch movie on Wednesday as it's called "movie day" where the tickets are sold cheaper.

The movie is very nice to watch. As far as James Bond movie is concern, it is full of action, speed, sex and excitement. Quantum of Solace is not an exception. Although Daniel Craig was once being described as the ugliest James Bond of all time, but I think his acting skills is good. He can handle the character as Bond very well. Who said UK secret agent MI6 must be handsome? Although his look cannot be as nice as Brad Pitt, and as eyes-pleasing as Tom Cruise, but his attitude and seriousness towards the character is worth for compliment.
One more thing I like about Daniel Craig for being James Bond is his body shape. Try to see when he is wearing fitting overcoat. It is really smart and nice looking. Don't worry, I am not gay. In fact I seldom praise on guys' body shape but Daniel Graig is an exception. He really look tough and smart, and I guess this is what we need for James Bond character!

There are 2 bond girls in Quantum of Solace acted by Gemma Arterton, an English actress and Olga Kurylenko , a Ukranian-born actress cum model. Olga Kurylenko gave me better impression as she had more role in the movie. She is a cool, tough and sexy girl. Gemma Arterton had minor role to play in the movie. I am not sure should I consider her as one of the Bond girl or just a helping actress because she just appeared on screen for a short period of time. However, she was the one sleeping with James Bond and not Olga Kurylenko. So, what do you think?

Anyway, in the movie she was found dead mysteriously on the bed drowned in crude oil. My friend told me it was mimic the scene of 1964 James Bond classic Goldfinger. What disappointed me is that it didn't explain or show how this happened instead just showed a dead body over the bed covered with sticky black liquid. Well, maybe it purposely wanted to create more space for imagination, but I guess I am just not artistic enough.

Although I have some opinion, but as a whole, Quantum of Solace was nice and worth of watching especially for action lovers. However, I will advice you to have some knowledge on Casino Royale, the previous James Bond movie acted by Daniel Craig if you want to understand the storyline of Quantum of Solace in details as both story have some linkage among them. Yet, if you just an action fanatic, then forget about it. Just get a ticket, sit in the cinema and enjoy the show!

What disappointed me is that it didn't explain or show how this happened instead just showed a dead body over the bed covered with sticky black liquid. Well, maybe it purposely wanted to create more space for imagination, but I guess I am just not artistic enough.

One more thing I felt lack of logic in the film is when James Bond was navigating a big cargo aeroplane and was attacked by a small combat jet. Looks like James Bond not only good in car handling, he is a good pilot too. Controlling cargo plane for him was as easy as driving. He could fly the cargo plane at low altitude near mountain area and made turning, pull up and lower down as he wished. Well, maybe it is that easy to control a cargo plane which I never know. Maybe you can judge it by yourself.

Yet, if you just an action fanatic, then forget about it. Just get a ticket, sit in the cinema and enjoy the show!

Suppose A Bowling Day...
Suppose this afternoon was bowling day organized by company's recreation club. It is an annual event for club members where a mini bowling competition will be held.

All the participants arrived at Sibu Bowling Center on time at 2pm. Could see some of them really excited about this event by wearing specially planned costume in a team of 4, like Hawaiian style and batik style. I think everyone wanted to take this opportunity to relax and enjoy the after-work time with colleagues.
However, we were stunned when we had been informed that out of 10 lanes we booked, only 5 were available. Others had been fully occupied and some lanes were under maintenance. It is weird, isn't it? We booked 10 lanes few weeks in advanced but why not reserve for us?

After meeting with bowling center person-in-charge, probably the manager, we even stunned by the answer given. It's truly unreasonable, illogical and unprofessional! Why? He claimed that our company given them bad air-cond service (maybe our company is the air-cond supplier to the bowling center which I never know!) So now they also given back lousy service for us!
Halo!! Is it some kind of revenge or what? We are just bunch of innocent staffs who wanted to relax in your bowling center by spending the same amount of money that normal customers paid for bowling games! Are you treating customers in that way? If you have problem with the company, then complain to the boss or boycott the company's products but not revenge on the innocent who are related to the company! This is truly unprofessional!!!

If you want to revenge in professional way, let me teach you - don't accept our booking at the first place! Just tell us the center is fully occupied all the time as long as anybody from our company trying to make the booking using company's name or any name which can associate with the company! You can also tell us the lanes are under maintenance, your air-conds are malfunctioning or any other excuses that you can think of which make sense to the mankind and indirectly let us know you don't want to do our business! This is what we called professional way, but not directly trying to tell people that "I want to revenge"!! When you want to kill a person, will you tell him, "I want to kill you!"? Fool!!
We even brought in Sibu "dai-ko-dai" (big brother - gangster head in Cantonese dialect) to negotiate with the management, but the result was still the same - "only 5 lanes left, you want you take it, otherwise you go back!".

Oppss! Just kidding! He is not "dai-ko-dai" of Sibu! He is actually one of the department head in our company. A very friendly, sporting, smart and funny nice guy! He was helping to negotiate with the management but didn't get positive result either.
So we got no choice but to think of an alternative. It was a big disappointment from bowling center Sibu and it spoilt everybody's mood! After some discussion, finally, the president of recreational club made the decision to leave the place and went to KFC for "Finger Lickin' Good" time!!

"Finger lickin' good" time was good! Most of us joining but some rather went back home after the disappointment from Sibu bowling center. Those joined staffs utilized the time in KFC to mix and chit chat with each other which is hard to be done on normal working hours.

Of course we went to KFC not just to enjoy its free air-cond and chit-chatting. We also tasted what "Finger Lickin' Good" really is! We ordered 6 buckets of hot and spicy cum original recipe chicken as well as large whipped potatoes and coleslaws to be divided to all the members and their families. The expenses were paid by the club. We spent the money initially planned to be spent on bowling but now in eating.

Anyway, I think although we couldn't make it for bowling, but we had a good time having gathering in KFC. Can't be denied that disappointment had been made due to bowling center unprofessional act, but gathering in KFC at least filled up some of these disappointment. At least, either of these 2 activities serve only one goal - creating time and space for the club members to mix with each others. I think the club achieved the goal!

A Day of Charity
Sarawak Society For The Blind Sibu Division Branch organized their annual open house event today. In conjunction with the open house, a charity sales was being held within the blind center compound.
As always, my company's recreational club was given the responsibility to sell off the charity sales coupon to company staffs as well as outsiders. As I am one of the committee member this year, I had to take up this responsibility tried to sell off as many coupons as I can. I felt very lucky one of my colleague who is really supportive willing to buy 10 books of coupon from me without much hesitation and that costs him a hundred bucks. He stated in his blog that he used the fuel rebate money taken from the government to do this as a way to help the government doing more good thing. I really salute him for this.
As for myself, I only bought 2 books of coupon worth RM20. I know that's not much, but I think that's all I can afford at this moment. Charity is not all about the amount you can give, but the sincerity of your heart to help the needs, isn't it?

It stated in the coupons that the open house and charity sales will be started at 9am till 12.30pm. However, when I arrived at the venue before 9am, the road around the blind center already being jammed by the cars. People attending the charity event parked their cars along the roadside to the left and right of blind center. Kutian Memorial Park opposite the center was also full with cars. This was really out of my expectation. I never expect the public respond was so good.

When I just about to stepped into the blind center where the charity sales was held, some people already came out from there with full handed.

The crowds inside the building even shocked me! Every corner inside the building was flooded by poeple who were busy looking for suitable item to purchase with their coupons.

As for me, I just walked around by my own. This is the first time I attended such charity sales so I tried to adapt myself to the environment. I was looking at the crowds, the environment and also looking for suitable items to spend my RM20 coupons. I just discovered RM20 coupons really couldn't do much as most of the items were sold in quite high price. Hey, brother! This is a charity sales ok? You can't expect the selling items were at market price, can you? Oh ya, I met my colleague who bought 10 books of coupon from me I mentioned just now. He was busy shopping and snapping photos like I did!

There were quite a number of stalls set up by social organizations and corporates for this charity sales. The items sold are various. There were stalls selling raw foods like eggs and chicken. Some stalls were selling local delights like lemang, curry chicken, roasted ducks, Nasi Lemak, Pau and so on and some selling snacks and cookies. There were also stalls selling fruits.

There were 2 stalls which caught my attention because the items sold are more unique. One was selling decorative plants and another selling cute soft toys.

When I was walking around, I discovered there was a staircase leading to the upper floor but it was not written what was going on up there. However, I saw the crowds moving up and down the staircase so I decided to take a look.

Actually, there was a room upstair selling cane products made by the blind people staying in this center. There were various shapes of cane basket to choose from.
I was quite amazed with their handcraft skills. These people can't see yet they can come out with such complicated handcraft. So, I decided to find myself a basket to show my appreciation on their hard works.
After some searching, I found this basket. It costs RM20, exactly the value of the coupon I had. So I decided to buy it. It is suitable to be fruits container.

Ok, now I had go around all the stalls available and I had spent all the coupons I had on hand, so I guessed it is the end of my journey to Blind Center for charity purposes. Before went back, I stopped at free-flow MILO corner to get myself a cup of delicious MILO to drink.

1/2 Day Trip to Sarikei
It's Saturday again but is not a ordinary Saturday for me. Usually I would wake up late, then lazy around or walk around shopping centers to do some window shopping or "eyes-washing", but this morning I had a date with company social club committee members to take a half day trip to Sarikei, a town which is not too far from Sibu, just about one hour of driving distance.
So we started our journey at about 9 in the morning. There were 7 people joining the trip and we separated into 2 cars.

So what is so special about this kopitiam actually? From its look, it's just a normal kopitiam which can be found everywhere around the town. But you never know.. it's actually famous for its "cheap yet delicious" big prawn tom yam noodles!
So most of us order this noodles. Otherwise, no point we came all the way from Sibu yet not trying the most famous food at this kopitiam. We waited for more than 15 minutes for the food to arrive. But I think nice foods worth some waiting! ;)
When the noodles first arrived, my first reaction was... WOW!! It is quite a big portion and really made me drooling! I couldn't wait to taste it but of course I needed to snap some photo first otherwise, you can't see these photos now.

There were actually one big prawn only in the noodles and being cut into half for easy consumption. Emmmm~~ it tastes nice! Hot, spicy and sour! That's what "Tom Yam" foods should taste, isn't it? However, there were too many prawn chela/pincer in the noodles which made the eating process harder.

The tom yam soup was delicious and appetizing, yet some complained that it was too sweet. I agree.. in fact, it was a bit too salty and oily too! That's why I didn't finish the soup although I am a soup lover and usually I will drink till the last drop!
The price? RM14 per bowl. Consider cheap? But if you compare to the big prawn noodle in Sibu which sells at RM20/RM25 per bowl, this one is consider very cheap. Eat once in a long while just to reward myself for being working so hard should be okla...

So, after finished eating... this was what I found on most of our tables - a mess, full of prawn shells and used tissues! Ya, you really need a lot of tissues as you will keep sweating while you are eating the noodles, not because the weather is hot, but the strong spicy taste that will make your head sweating while eating.

After the meal, we went to a drug store in town which is very famous for its chinese traditional herb called "Bet Ding Yio". "Bet Ding Yio" is in Foochow slang which means "8 types of valuable drugs" and it is the main ingredient for a very famous Foochow soup cooking.

After visiting the drug store, it was about 11.30pm, we have no place to go anymore. Therefore, we decided to go back home to Sibu. We used an alternative route which require ferry service. It was a bit troublesome, yet it shorten the driving distance between Sarikei-Bintangor-Sibu.

We reached Sibu at about 12.50pm. The whole trip was nice and I enjoyed it. I am looking forward if there is a chance for the next trip.

Frustrating Night Without Internet
What a frustrating night! The PPP indicator light on my Aztech modem was not shinning at all. Only one and the only possibility under such condition - cannot connect to the Internet.

I kept restarting my modem, switched it on and off. Each time restart took me about 3 minutes or more before the modem are ready for getting the Internet connection. Yes, before this my colleagues did tell me my modem connection speed is slow. Theirs only took about few seconds to get the connection but mine can reach minutes. I am not sure if it is because of area problem or my hardware problem.
I kept my eyes on the PPP indicator light at all time, hoping I will see the yellow light on. However, each time it gave me the negative respond. Then I prepared for the worst case which is only my port got such problem. If that is the case then I will have no choice but to call the service center for help. But that is the last thing I will do.
Why? It is because everytime when u call the service center, they will ask you for 2 things.
Suddenly I thought of looking for help from a colleague. He knew the standard error code that always popup when it's ISP problem. I was thinking just using this code to "entertain" the service center telephony. But I discovered he was facing the same connection problem. Then after a while another friend called to complain about the same problem. He called the service center and got the auto-respond by the service center telling about the whole region was facing the connection problem. So I felt more relief. At least it's not only me that having this problem.
So I kept on trying until midnight waiting for some miracle or surprise but it didn't happen. So I just have to give up. The whole night I couldn't blogging and my downloading schedule was messed up! But I can do nothing about it. I just shut down my computer earlier and went for sleep hoping everything will back to normal by the next day.

- Do direct connection, which require you to connect your internet line directly into your phone line socket without passing through the splitter just to make sure it's not splitter problem.
- Do manual connection where you need to disable or change some setting in your modem/router to disable automatic connection. Instead you will need to sign in into your ISP (Internet Service Provider) account and manually connect to the Internet. Using this way, if there is any connection error occurs during connection, Windows will popup an error code which identify the connection problem. It's this error code that the service center want.
Suddenly I thought of looking for help from a colleague. He knew the standard error code that always popup when it's ISP problem. I was thinking just using this code to "entertain" the service center telephony. But I discovered he was facing the same connection problem. Then after a while another friend called to complain about the same problem. He called the service center and got the auto-respond by the service center telling about the whole region was facing the connection problem. So I felt more relief. At least it's not only me that having this problem.
So I kept on trying until midnight waiting for some miracle or surprise but it didn't happen. So I just have to give up. The whole night I couldn't blogging and my downloading schedule was messed up! But I can do nothing about it. I just shut down my computer earlier and went for sleep hoping everything will back to normal by the next day.
Life is miserable without Internet.
